Production Method
The sugar and white oil Jiaoyun, made up by adding flour dough; the sugar, white oil Jiao Yun, adding flour Jiaoyun standards after accession to the hawthorn, rock sugar, peach kernel, kernels, sweet-scented osmanthus, Hong Si Qing made up filling Material; dough will pick agent, rolling moisture into the skin material, including the fillings, Seal Department of mouth, and then by hand into a flat round; green line to the mouth down, into key sites, into the temperature 180 ℃ baking in the oven 16 minutes or so put out.

又称白月饼。具有扁圆形状,表面呈乳白色,底部呈金黄色口感酥松香甜,有果料桂花香味的特色。
制作方法
将糖和白油搅匀,加入面粉搅制成面团;将白糖、白油搅匀,加入标准粉搅匀后,再加入山楂,冰糖、桃仁、瓜子仁、桂花、青红丝搅制成馅料;将面团摘剂,擀成滋润的皮料,包上馅料,封严系口,再用手按成扁圆形;将生坯系口朝下,码放入盘中,送入温度为180℃的烤炉中烤制16分钟左右出炉即成。
