  制作方法

  将糖和白油搅匀,加入面粉搅制成面团;将白糖、白油搅匀,加入标准粉搅匀后,再加入山楂,冰糖、桃仁、瓜子仁、桂花、青红丝搅制成馅料;将面团摘剂,擀成滋润的皮料,包上馅料,封严系口,再用手按成扁圆形;将生坯系口朝下,码放入盘中,送入温度为180℃的烤炉中烤制16分钟左右出炉即成。
